Summary of Terms and Conditions:
- Late returns after 40 days not eligible for refund.
- Items not eligible for return: intimate apparel, jewelry, personalized/custom-made products, final sale items unless damaged.
- No exchanges accepted; return original item and place a new order.
- Refunds issued upon receiving returned items, excluding shipping charges.
- Refund credited to original payment method, minus restocking fee if applicable. Duties for orders to Canada not refunded.
- Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days.
- Products shipped by vendor have specific return policies, visible on product page under "Shipping & Returns." Your shipping and contact details are shared with vendor for shipment completion.
Shipping & Returns Summary:
- Order confirmation email includes order number and shipping details.
- Orders processed within 4 business days; shipping confirmation email with tracking info sent when ready.
- Monogrammed items require up to 4 weeks to ship.
- Orders may arrive in multiple shipments (preorder, backorder, monogrammed items).
- Shipping to US (including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories) and Canada only.
- Shipping costs: Standard shipping under $75 is $7.00; free for orders over $75 in the US. Expedited options available with additional charges.
- Flat rate expedited shipping to Canada for CAD $20.
- Canadian shipments are duty paid, no additional costs.
- Free shipping on orders over $150 for a limited time.
McBoet Return Policy:
- 30 days for full-priced items, 14 days for reduced-price items.
- Items must be unopened/unused with tags in original packaging.
- Damaged items not eligible for refund.
- US returns process:
1. Go to returns enter order number and zip code, select items for return.
2. Print pre-paid label, affix it to package, and drop off at UPS location
- $10 restocking fee for US returns.
- Skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance items only eligible for store credit. Contact Customer Experience team for assistance.
